In November, 2018  pop sensation Zayn Malik put an amazing Bel Air mansion on the market and Hollywood heart-throb Leonardo DiCaprio's modest hacienda went on sale.

After failing to find a buyer when it first went on the market two years ago for $3.3 million (£2.6m), Johnny Depp has put his sprawling estate in Kentucky up for sale again at a reduced price of $1.6 million (£1.2m). The 42-acre plot sits just two miles from the famous Keeneland racecourse in Lexington, which is considered the horse capital of the world.

It's not the first time the Hollywood actor has owned the property. He first bought the farm in 1995 for $950,000 (£730k) before selling up for $1 million a whole six years later. When 2005 came around, he repurchased it for $2 million (£1.5m) and it served as his mother Betty Sue Palmer's home until her death in May 2016.

Hollywood couple, and Gotham co-stars, Ben McKenzie and Morena Baccarin have put their New York condo on the market for $2.7 million (£2m). The married actor and actress purchased the property in July 2015 for $2.4 million (£1.8m), so are set to make some profit.

The Blacklist star Ryan Eggold has put his bungalow in the Hollywood Hills on the market for $799,000 (£614k). The former 90210 actor purchased the house back in 2008 for $525,000 (£404k) and it seems he is ready to move on.

Built in the 1920s the two-story house is a good purchase for someone looking to renovate. Sitting on top of the single garage it has two bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,100 square feet of space. The living room features slim wooden beams across the ceiling and a chunky stone fireplace, which is a stand-out feature.

Three-time nominated Grey's Anatomy creator and writer, Shonda Rhimes, has put one of the four multimillion-dollar homes that she owns in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles on the market for $10 million (£7.7m). The author first bought the property for $5.6 million (£4.3m) in the spring of 2010.

The huge 8,298-square-foot property has two adjoining living rooms. One has a carved stone fireplace while the other has a trio of French doors that lead to the outdoor terrace.

The star purchased the 3,000-square-foot property in 2009 for $4 million (£3m) with her now ex-partner, Matthew Barney. In 2015, after she and Barney parted ways, Björk shelled out $1.61 million to buy out Barney's share of the property and we can see why.

We'd have been disappointed if there were no surprises in Björk's home.

Serena Williams has relisted her gated Bel Air estate for $10 million (£7.6m). First listed almost a year ago at $12 million (£9.1m), it seems she's struggling to shift the dreamy property. The tennis star bought the house back in 2006 for just over $6.6 million (£5m). Built in the mid-1930s, it has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 6,000 square feet of floor space.

White marble floors flow from the entrance into the huge semi-circular living room, which has a continuous row of glass doors that lead out to the expansive garden. The broken-plan living space leads to a formal dining room with black and white furniture to stand out against the already neutral decor in the rest of the space. Star of TV comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm, Susie Essman has put her secluded property on the market for $997,000 (£767k). The actress and her husband Jim Harder, a retired builder, purchased the property in 2011 for $529,000 (£407k), and after years of renovations and bringing up a family, the couple is ready to move on.

The 25-year-old revealed previously that he graffitis the walls of his home, but there's no sign of it now with the new neutral color scheme. We wouldn't be surprised if a professional interior designer had styled the house for these photos – they are stunning!
